All of our baked goods are custom-made, freshly baked, and decorated on the day of pick-up. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our custom-made products, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. The preparation of each order begins immediately to ensure the freshest, highest-quality items.

3. Refund Policy
As all products are made to order, we cannot process refunds once the order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Changes to Orders
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as rescheduling your pick-up date or adjusting your order, please contact us directly (info@pookiebakes.com) as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order is already in production.

5. Pick-Up & Delivery
All orders are available for local pick-up only. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled pick-up to avoid any inconvenience.
